I am a recent graduate from college with a Bachelor of Science in Software Development. My objective is to obtain a position that would enable me to further cultivate my skillset while making impactful contributions to a winning team. Although, I am always excited for the opportunity to gain experience with other languages and technologies, I have experience with languages that include; Dart, Java, Python, PHP, and HTML. I look forward to being provided with challenges that will put my current knowledge test, and put me on a path to becoming a master of my craft.

SZO is a game designed for friends and family of all ages. Its premise is that you answer questions anonymously, while everyone else has to guess who answered the questions based on the answers given. This app is currently being developed by me in order of the full application lifecycle (concept, design, build, deploy, test, and release) using clean, readable, and maintainable code. It will be coming soon for both the Play Store and App Store.

Note2self is a note-taking companion app designed to make sure users never miss out on the things that matter most by allowing them to create notes, and set a specific time for them to get a notification reminding them of their note. I created this app by first translating my designs and wireframes into high-quality app pages for the frontend, and developing the backend before finally, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying the mobile application. It’s now available on the Play Store, but coming soon to the App Store.

On-Time is a calendar App that I designed and built to help users manage their work-life balance. It is currently available on both the Play Store and App Store. It was both designed and developed by me through the use of project management methodologies, Design Patterns and various Programming languages. It is currently being updated and maintained by me using the best software debugging techniques along with robust, maintainable, reusable code.

I decided to attend Western Governors University mainly because their learning model focused on competency. This allowed me to gain experience and experiment with many practices and concepts of the software development process while also allowing me to obtain a solid foundation in various tasks such as scripting and programming, web development, mobile application development, user experience design, and software quality assurance. I was also able to obtain multiple professional IT certifications throughout my time here at WGU.

During my tenure at ASU Mid-South, I Learned many different skills and practices that would aid in my pursuit of the CompTIA A+ certification. Among all of my newfound knowledge and abilities, I found that some of the most valuable included a strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware and software components, basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. All of these were gained through the practice of Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, thin clients, routers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
